I am a sport scientist interested in how the human body responds and adapts to exercise training. My work focuses on exercise physiology, training load monitoring, and physical fitness assessment, with the goal of bridging laboratory insights and real-world athletic performance.
My research sits at the intersection of exercise physiology and applied sports performance science. I am particularly interested in understanding how the body responds to training stress and how we can better monitor and optimise athlete readiness.
Investigating severity, symptoms, and associations with quality of life and inflammatory markers in master athletes following COVID-19 infection.
