PhD Student in Sport Science

Deutsche Sporthochschule Köln  ·  Shanghai Jiao Tong University

I am a sport scientist interested in how the human body responds and adapts to exercise training. My work focuses on exercise physiology, training load monitoring, and physical fitness assessment, with the goal of bridging laboratory insights and real-world athletic performance.
